Caring for your Stingers Jerseys
Teams are expected to take proper care of the jerseys for the duration of the season. The expectation is that a parent will be responsible for each set of jerseys. Individual players should not be taking their jerseys home with them. We do not want players to take them home and then leave the jersey in the bottom of their hockey bag, where they could be damaged by their equipment.
The maintenance guidelines are as follows:
The jerseys are to be used only for games (no practices).
In between games, the jerseys should be taken out of the bag and hung up to air dry (especially important for older aged kids).
The jerseys should be washed on a regular basis (every 2-4 weeks depending on the number of games played). They should always be washed in cold water and hung up to dry and not be placed in a dryer.
Following these easy tips will ensure that you'll enjoy your Stingers jerseys for many seasons to come.
